The book was created to keep record of my Design Research Project where it explores 'How Can We Help Hotels Attract More Millennial Consumer and Improve Their Experiences?' The contents and insights were gathered through the process of design thinking by using quantitative and qualitative research (i.e. Interviews, Workshops, Shadowing, Photo Ethnography, Scenario Completion, Hotel Visits...etc.). I have great passion for the hospitality industry and traveling and I hope this love portrays through my research book as I had a great time designing and assembling it within a short semester.
