As part of individual studio project at Strategic Design and Management Program at Parsons, 'Scout' is a personalized exploration guide for hotel guests. It is a digital solution to hotel concierge. We help turn legacy hotels into avant-garde hub for its guests, creating a culture for travelers to have a personalized local connection to the places they visit. Scout is also an analytical tool which helps hotels to use the app's data to learn about their guests. Through design research of qualitative & quantitative analysis, ideation and rapid prototyping; the idea derives from the 'Hey Hoteliers' Design Research which aims to help hotels (especially legacy hotels) attract Millennial consumer and improve their experiences in a digital age.
Scout was selected to present at M.S. in Strategic Design and Management Graduate Projects Symposium.
